Membership in the Pennsylvania Chapter assures continual participation and involvement in the worthwhile activity of restoring the American chestnut tree to the forests of the U.S. PA-TACF has more than 980 members throughout the state--many are right near you. We depend on our members who enthusiastically volunteer and participate in planting, pollinating ,harvesting and donating dollars to help. Other benefits of membership include:

Donations may be made to the Pennsylvania Chapter. PA-TACF is incorporated in Pennsylvania as a non-profit organization under the IRS 501 (c) (3) rules. Donations are tax deductible.The Chapter depends upon donations, grants and membership dues to sustain the chestnut research and breeding program as well as education, and membership support and communication.
